About Claire
I know what it's like to build something impressive — and quietly wonder if it's really you.
I spent decades working across fashion and academia. Designer, forecaster, senior leader. By most measures, a career that looked exactly right. And for a long time, it was. But identities shift, priorities change, and the life you constructed so carefully can start to feel like it belongs to a previous version of yourself.
That's the moment I work with.
I'm a certified coach with a background that's a little unusual. I trained as a designer, spent years reading what's coming next as a forecaster, and led people through change as a senior academic. What those things have in common and what sits at the heart of how I coach, is a belief that clarity comes not from having the right answers, but from asking better questions and being willing to think differently about what's possible.
I use a design thinking approach. Not because it sounds good, but because it's genuinely how I think, iterative, curious, human-centred. We don't try to fix you. We figure out what actually fits who you are now, and we build toward that.
I work with accomplished women who've done everything right and woken up one day wondering why it doesn't feel like enough. We unpick what's not working and redesign what comes next.
If that sounds like where you are, I'd love to have a conversation.
